Rosetta West Return with Intense Hard Rock Single ‘Snake 25’

Having debuted merely a year ago with the album ‘Labyrinth’, Chicago-based phenomenon Rosetta West has since been rather productive, releasing another full-length offering back in January, ‘Night’s Cross’. Quickly gaining the attention of like-minded listeners at a global level, the American project has extensively showcased everything they stand for. Championing vivid, gloomy and vibrant blues-rock with hints of psychedelia and folk mysticism, Rosetta West provide a meaningful, memorable listening experience.

Oscillating between darkness and playfulness, the talented group’s sonic output feels earthy, jagged and heartwarming, and we suspect it will appeal greatly to Americana and Blues fans out there. ‘Snake 25’ is Rosetta West’s latest effort, a long and intense look at Gnostic values and the constant battle between the divine and the human-made. Among such quirky imagery, the band embarks on a furious hard rock journey, one that goes from intimate, liminal atmospheres to punchy and striking all-out euphoria,

Rosetta West features founder and songwriter Joseph Demagore, handling vocals, guitars, and keyboards, and Jason X, who plays bass and keyboards. Drummer Nathan Q. Scratch completes the lineup.
