Mystik Fool Gets Close to Nature in ‘Gone with the Wind’

We don’t often come across artists as talented as Mystik Fool. The American wizard can do it all: boasting incredible vocal qualities and immense musicianship, his material is relatable, immediate, and so well done. Not to mention his live shows, heavily focused on a looping format. Naturally, we had to feature his latest record. ‘Gone with the Wind’ is an absolute triumph, a mellow pop-rock gem with a strong dreamy and escapist allure to it. What’s more striking, is Mystik Fool’s evocative, powerful vocals. His tone is joyful perfection.

Known as Galen Deery by day, Mystik Fool has the power to transport us to different worlds and evoke emotions we never thought possible. In ‘Gone with the Wind’, he’s inspired by the raw, natural splendour of Alaska. The intention behind it is to reintroduce a way of living that we seem to have lost in this fast-paced world. Through Mystik Fool’s music, Deery hopes to inspire a renewed sense of living through love.

Mystik Fool may have been created in 2017, but the project has grown into something much more significant, pushing a message that resonates with audiences across the United States, Europe and beyond. The fusion of rock, reggae, pop, folk, and medicine music is not only unique but also refreshing. It is a testament to the versatility of Mystik Fool and his commitment to delivering a message that matters.
