Micheal Fordays Shares Roaring, Wholesome Single ‘To All’

It’s been just a few weeks since ‘The Odds of Magic’, yet Micheal Fordays is back with another original effort. ‘To All’ is decisively punchier, a roaring gem steeped in personal, challenging lyricism. A keen observer of the gloomy reality around us, Fordays is rather adamant about the inspiration behind the piece, described as a reaction to current events. We can certainly see it; the record is pungent, angry and distorted, taking a bolder approach to the project’s usual mellower ethos.

A force explorer of the rock and progressive scene, Fordays has been showcasing his artistic worth for a long time. Yet, we never get tired of it, with Micheal’s dynamic, wholesome vocals wrapping the listeners in an electrifying, cathartic journey, one that’s rather honest and relatable. Recorded by Dave Klein, ‘To All’ is frankly just a really good record. It doesn’t need embellishment or witty sound design; Fordays’s music speaks for itself.

Delving deeper into the song, the Los Angeles-based musician explains: “Recent developments and changes in both national and international events have sparked a rising wave of creative intent, motivation and a desire to communicate fears and wishes in the context of being human. Peace to all, safety to all, love to all. I can’t believe my lying eyes.”
