Delving deeper into the movie-driven philosophy that propels the record, Liqueedo explains: “The Dude is not just a character; he’s an attitude. I had more direct and ‘easy’ tracks, but this time I wanted a crazier, more counter-current song. We are arguably living through the ugliest and most numb era of modern times, a qualitative low point even in the world of music and art in general. I wanted to write a track that clearly says: let’s stop everything. We don’t always need kings, queens, or success at all costs.”
