Iuliano Shares Cinematic Comeback Single ‘Time’

Returning to the global music landscape after a few years of absence, talented Italian troubadour Iuliano embraces moodies and more cinematic territories in latest single ‘Time’.

One can surely define 2026 as Iuliano’s comeback year. Absent from the global music landscape since his 2022 EP ‘De-Algorithm’, the Naples-born troubadour has recently returned with the next chapter of his longstanding artistic journey. ‘Time’ manifests a striking shift into gloomier and more cinematic territories, embracing electronic soundscapes and hypnotic clusters. Iuliano’s malleable, mysterious vocals still maintain their precise and melodic flair, unveiling an aural cut that weaves a common thread between eclectic alt-pop flavourings and more leftfield influences.

In truth, as ‘Time’ develops, guitars are seen entering the sonic picture with pride, at times veering towards electroclash, yet always preserving an utmost elegance and a gentle lyrical allure. In that sense, the record is beautifully crepuscular, jumping from quiet and collected moments to more uplifting, noisy sections. Iuliano’s precise vocal tone is a joy to listen to, the perfect match for his intricate and imaginative songwriting.

Based in Italy, the talented creative boasts heightened experience at an international level, boasting world-class training at Berklee College of Music, and an Independent Music Award for Best Producer in the Singer-Songwriter/Folk category, awarded by a jury chaired by Tom Waits. Delving deeper into the inspiration that propels his music, Iuliano explains: “I didn’t decide to follow music, it followed me… This project is about reconnecting with something deeper inside.”
