he didnt Shares Experimental Record ‘Loop Ritual’

We can only praise the project: he didnt really hits the mark, delivering exactly the type of material we are always most excited about. You see, there’s a difference between art and music made for commercial reasons, to appeal to listeners, to attract streams, to sell sync placements – and music made for a pure, unfiltered creative exploration. he didnt fits the latter, organising his sonic output around a few strong concepts. Repetitions, and patterns: the British musician really delves deep into the hypnotizing and transformative power of sound.

In fact, ‘Loop Ritual’ is the project’s latest effort, an entirely conceptual record with a glorious outlook for the keen listener. Imagine this: the dirtiest distortion, the fuzzier vocals, all repeated steadily at a constant slow pace. Of course, it might not be for everyone. But for us, it’s an artistic journey worth taking. Opening with ‘Heavy Elevation’, he didnt builds guitar riffs that constantly evolve, interlacing with occasional dissonances and ostinatos. Title track ‘Loop Ritual’ expands the narrative, incorporating solemn vocals, orchestral vibes and a certain trip-hop flair (think Portishead). ‘Open Dust Loop’ brings the EP to a close, reiterating the experimental nature of the artistic material.
