Delving deeper into the album’s lyricism, Ceyeo explains: “It’s focused on the themes of anger, anxiety and despair due to unhealthy relationships, greed and the lack of unity in the world.” Such meaningful lyricism is delivered with surprising intimacy, as the American artist’s vocals feel incredibly melancholic and nostalgic, yet present and charismatic.
