Describing themselves as “sad boys trying to be fun boys”, Hi Doggy are a brand new rock outfit emerging from Vancouver, Canada. Their debut single ‘Stone Cold’ is a revelatory piece, allowing us to take a peak into the group’s unique artistry. Exploring classic indie rock territories, the record also boasts a certain lo-fi quality, which together with the sleaziness and laidback nature of their songwriting makes for a very distinctive aura, defined by Hi Doggy as ‘trashy’. Well, we are into it! More trashy indie rock please!
