Boasting an explosive and historically accurate pop-punk sound, Get The Net share all of their cool, fierce allure and musical prowess in ‘Life Escape’, a single that celebrates their new musical home at Fail Harmonic Records. Hailing from Metuchen, New Jersey, the talented trio was recently signed by the influential label, with the two initiating a purposeful path towards Get The Net’s forthcoming full-length album, set for release in 2026. If what we hear in ‘Life Escape’ is anything to go by, we are in for a tremendous record.
Packed with gritty and euphoric pop-punk character, ‘Life Escape’ doesn’t seek to reinvent the wheel; instead, it pays homage to the traditions and formulas around the genre. What Get The Net do is not complex, but it is valuable and certainly vibrant. It’s music packed with kinetic energy and relentless ferocity, and we are confident it will connect with a like-minded audience out there. Spearheaded by singer and guitarist Ryan Raichilson, the group also features Brian O’Halloran on bass and Kyle Burnett on drums.
Delving deeper into the sigle, Raichilson explains: “It’s about shutting off the screens, disconnecting from the madness, and pursuing something real: long days at the beach, long nights at the shows, and immersing yourself in your local community.”
