Luke Wood Shares Evocative and Eclectic EP ‘Echoes’

Marking our point of entry into Luke Wood’s vibrant, wholesome artistic universe, ‘Echoes’ delivers an eclectic and evocative listening experience, a slice of energetic yet measured lyricism delivered by the jagged, raw vocals of the American troubadour. Packing five diverse tracks, the record oscillates with charisma and confidence between a variety of references; be it traditional Americana, stripped-back Folk poignancy, or electrifying rock gems. Whichever way you look at it, ‘Echoes’ is simply a good effort, an emotional and meaningful release that will no doubt connect with a wide audience out there.

Furthermore, the EP has been released via RCSQ Records™, a productive and bold label that has created a brand new genre for its releases. Called ‘Eclectic Roots Groove™’, such genre sees artists embracing a wide variety of influences, non restricting themselves to any confined sonic box. There’s also an emotional component to it, with records that often feel purposeful and nostalgic, speaking to each listener on a deeper level.

Hailing from Nashville, Luke Wood has been a staple of the local music scene for years. An experienced and mature performer and songwriter, he’s now taken a well-deserved step into the limelight, with ‘Echoes’ following up on his previous release ‘One of These Days’. Delving deeper into the present EP, Wood explains: “It takes listeners on a journey through memory, identity, and the echoes of life’s defining moments.”
