Strikingly titled ‘Light In Your Eyes’, the record takes a giant cue from the classic of the 80s era, with somewhat dramatic and romantic lyricism meant to be relatable and hard-hitting. Underneath such songwriting wealth, we find euphoric synthetisers and punchy drum machines.
MrGeorge’s malleable, potent vocals are a joy to listen to, impressing with their precise and cathartic charisma.
