TAHM Return with Hard-Hitting Piece ‘Little Devil’

Packed with haunting and decadent tones, ‘Little Devil’ does exactly what it says on the tin. Embracing twisted psychological gloominess in the face of a troubled relationship, the single echoes the constant battle between guilt and anger that can often arise in a failing, volatile romantic affair. We are in dark territories, with the song pushing its main character towards an explosion of independence and resilience.

Such a vivid and vibrant record comes from TAHM, British outfit with a keen love for hard-hitting alt-rock and grunge elements. Yet, despite such earth-shattering records, the London-based group manages to maintain a lyrically engaging and catchy ethos, one that’s in full display in ‘Little Devil’. You see, while guitars are sharp and fuzzy, the addition of occasional electronic beats helps the record retain a certain ‘popular’ and relatable quality, one that will certainly appeal to a wider audience.

Featuring Katie Palmer, Ian Palmer, and Paul Hodgson, TAHM originally found national fame in the 90s, supported by the likes of Roadrunner Records and Kerrang!, among others. Returning in 2023 after a long hiatus, the group is now looking forward to finding their artistic path again. Judging by what we hear in ‘Little Devil’, they haven’t lost their spicy character.
