It’s great to see Love Ghost back with another fierce, hard-hitting jewel. He’s been productive lately, especially when it comes to teaming up with fellow talents and striking vocalists. This time around, the chosen one is Jazz Moon, Austrian-born singer and songwriter boasting a hypnotising, nostalgic tone – one that works very well with Love Ghost’s pop-punk, emo-esque, melancholic outlook.
In fact, the two sound like a match made in heaven. ‘Just Another Sunday’ is incredibly emotional and energetic, delving into alt-rock and nu-metal despite retaining an approachable, heartwarming character, one that’s also catchy and relatable from a lyrical perspective. The choruses are to die for! Writing about the “aching loneliness of a long–distance relationship”, we are confident that the record will connect with a plethora of like-minded listeners out there.
