Channelling pop-punk energy and emo lyrical poignancy, Fro$ty belongs to a new charge of young talents, slowly but steadily blending genres and influences, pushing the limits of what we consider mainstream. Emerging from Wales, the talented singer and producer has been active since last year, showcasing his artistry through a plethora of carefully crafted singles. The common denominator? Guitars, gritty vocals and a lot of energy.
Now, the Welsh talent returns with ‘Another Life’, another take on his signature punk-flavoured style. Focusing on a past relationship, Fro$ty takes the listener on a journey through regrets, reckoning, pain and pride, channelling personal experience into relatable and personal lyrical content.
Overall, a wonderful track from a clearly promising artist. Seen the recent pop-punk resurgence, we wouldn’t be surprised to hear Fro$ty on Radio 1, sometime soon.
