Steven Halpern Unleashes Latest Record ‘Music for Microdosing (432 Hz)’

This one is for all the microdosing folks out there – although it’s also a hypnotising and relaxing record on its own right. ‘Music for Microdosing (432 Hz)’ emerges from the copious and celebrated discography of master creative Steven Halpern. Described as “a GRAMMY® nominated, Billboard charting, bestselling recording artist, pioneering OG sound healer”, Halpern boasts a staggering and flashy career, being also the author of the book ‘Tuning the Human Instrument’ (1977).

In his latest collection of cathartic soundscapes, Steven focuses on frequencies that are set to “entrain your brain to the alpha and theta zone, tuned to 432 Hz for greater benefits”. The result is a stream of heartwarming, relaxing aural matter, a fragment of peace in an overly gloomy world. We can attest to the album’s actual potential, as we felt weirdly reassured when listening to it. Suddenly, all worries and fears took a break from pestering us, unveiling a deeper, intimate space of emotional and spiritual reckoning.

Recommended for microdosing, but also for anyone in need of a meditative aid, ‘Music for Microdosing (432 Hz)’ is a wonderful effort, showcasing once again Steven Halpern’s heightened consciousness and artistic force. The record includes collaborators Michael Manring and Jorge Alfano.
