Following up on previous effort ‘Billionaire’, ‘Alibi’ adopts a slower, more cinematic approach, building a charming alt-pop gem with an extensive theatrical flair and catchy, potent melodies. Perenna King doesn’t restrain herself from writing honest, politically-charged lyricism, with the new record exploring the emotional and physical toll of the Roe v.
