Leopold Nunan Shares Incredibly Creative Piece ‘C’est la Music!’

Entering Leopold Nunan’s artistic universe has been an experience in itself. Hailing from Los Angeles, the talented Brazilian performer, musician, singer and overall creative boasts a uniquely eclectic identity, a highly charming and cathartic flair that’s bound to connect with even the most apathetic listeners out there. ‘C’est la Music!’ is the strongest evidence of that. An audio-visual endeavour, the record contains a slice of uplifting energy and transformative character, wrapping us all into an euphoric five minutes packed with disco and house goodness.

Nunan’s vocals are particularly satisfying, reminding us of the legendary soul voices common in the early days of the house movement. In that sense, ‘C’est la Music!’ is also quite nostalgic, drawing from 90s classic house and deep house atmospheres. What more could you want? Turns out, there’s much more. The single comes with a stunningly intricate and creative music video, a true cinematic experience shot by renowned fashion photographer Will Cook and edited by Aaron Hartley. One of its peculiarities is depicting Leopold as an endangered Onça-Pintada (Brazilian Jaguar).

‘C’est la Music!’ is taken from Nunan’s latest album ‘LEO FROM RIO’, out now. Speaking about the inspiration behind the project, the genius Brazilian artist explains: “I want to inspire every artist to keep going, to create fearlessly, and to turn dreams into reality. Music saved me, and it’s here to save us all”.
