Kurst Crams as Many Disney Movie References As Possible in ‘The Oracle’

Hailing from Toronto, Kurst is an independent artist who is making waves with his unique blend of hip-hop punch and raw lyricism, perfectly encapsulating our modern and complex times with hard-hitting instrumentals and a deep, gritty vocal tone. The Canadian talent has been rather productive, releasing a plethora of singles in merely a year. Now, Kurst is back with a witty exploration of his own lyrical skills, sharing a track that tries to incorporate as many Disney references as possible.

‘The Oracle’ configures itself as a rather intense trap and hip-hop banger, the perfect accompaniment to Kurst’s evocative and heavy lyrical flow, able to charm the listener with intensity and drive. Part of an upcoming EP, ‘Movie Night’, ‘The Oracle’ includes over 20 different Disney Movie references, sharing a tale of determination, betrayal and love, while showcasing Kurst’s growth as an artist.

What sets the Canadian talent apart from other fellow creatives is his ability to tell stories through his lyrics. His storytelling is raw and authentic, and his words are a reflection of his experiences and emotions. Listening to his musical output is like taking a journey through his mind, with each track taking a slightly different direction.
