Good Time Locomotive Return with Uplifting Anthem ‘Burning’

Good Time Locomotive appear to stick to their guns. Purveyor of uplifting, kaleidoscopic and catchy indie pop, the London-based creatives have recently returned with a brand new slice of bright goodness, ‘Burning’. The perfect balance between rock-filled euphoria and lush pop tones, the record particularly shines during its chorus, exploding into a colourful and passionate call for independence and resilience.

Further enriched by Grammy-award winning mix engineer and producer Adrian Bushby (Muse, Foo Fighters, U2), ‘Burning’ follows up from Good Time Locomotive’s self-titled EP, released earlier this year. It’s certainly a productive year for the British outfit, one where we expect them to raise their artistic profile a fair bit. After all, ‘Burning’ showcases the quality and depth of their work, now fully formed into a relatable, heartwarming sound with global potential.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the single, Good Time Locomotive explain: “This was the first song written by our new lineup and definitely a step up, so we have really gone to town on the recording and production for this one. It’s a song all about letting go of that toxic, co-dependent, obsessive love you have for someone else. So it is about how not to be a bunny boiler basically!”
