‘Me + You’ is a highly entertaining beast. Its production blends lo-fi house with future and EDM tropes, packaging everything into luscious and brilliant goo. On top of it, an icy yet emotional topline gives the track a precise purpose, making it easier to fit into club-oriented playlists and radio shows. Alternating a hazy, misty section to a punchy and groovy breakdown, cutted files provides an elegant masterpiece. Hard-hitting, yet controlled.
Speaking about the record, the Russian talent explains: “Me + You’ was created to talk about these days, to draw before your eyes that same borderline mood of a melancholy evening tram home, mixed with the joy of anticipation of meeting your favourite person.”
