Chandra Returns with Fierce Anthem ‘I’ll Be There’

The keen reader might remember us writing about Chandra a few months ago, celebrating his single ‘Smile (No Fox Gibbon)’, declaring it as a “a friendly, accessible and relatable guitar-powered sound, sharing good vibes and euphoric energy with catchy and authentic songwriting”. Well, we stand by our words: the Bristol-based rocker is now back with his latest effort, ‘I’ll Be There’, a hard-hitting, fierce anthem with a catchy and memorable topline.

What more could you want? Chandra delves deeper into fuzzy distortions and galloping drum grooves, while making sure his vocals still maintain a strong pop quality. In fact, the choruses are littered with perfect harmonies, making the record the perfect meeting point between traditional easy rock stylings and more mainstream material.

Speaking about the inspiration behind the single, the British talent explains: “I struggle with the thought that I am so small and insignificant compared to the huge and awful things that are going on around me every single day. The truth is ‘change’ begins at home and by simply taking small steps to be a better person and be there for the people around us, together, we can move mountains”.

Recommended! We have a preview of both the track and video for you… official links to Spotify going live tomorrow!
