A celebrated artist and performer, the talented Broadway alumna crafted the single as a tribute to her late grandfather. Originally from Italy, he always dreamed of going back one day, as Della Pietra explains: “He was born in Italy, and he was a kind, selfless man who made many sacrifices for the people he loved. As travelling became harder, especially later in life, he never stopped dreaming of going back to Italy one last time. This song is my way of taking him there.”
