Delving deeper into ‘Upside Down’, Nadia Maria explains: “This song happened extremely organically and was driven by intuition. I was thinking about the importance of being able to change and adapt in order to move forward. Like a lobster being practically immortal, as long as it dares to make itself vulnerable whilst moulting, so it can build up that armour stronger each time.”
